Paintball bazookas - they put the pain in paintball!
Paintball bazookas are all the rage in the world of paintball. And it can be pretty cool to wield one of these bad boys, but it is certainly not cool to be on the receiving end. How uncool is it? Well, we've all experienced a bruise or two from a paintball match, now multiply that by thirty. Literally!
A paintball bazooka is loaded with as many paintballs as the wielder chooses, and that can mean up to hundreds of paintballs at once. Which means that a target can be hit hundreds of times at once. If you thought a single paintball hurts, then a paintball bazooka will make you cry like a baby.
Well sure, you are hit by more paintballs, but you're probably not hit with as much velocity...... WRONG!
A typical paintball bazooka has velocity rates around 300 fps (feet per second). Many paintball fields do not even allow paintball guns to have a velocity above 280 fps. A paintball bazooka will sting, that is for certain.
But how much? Well, I've seen paintball players leave the field after being hit with a paintball bazooka. It still remains that you'll never be injured by a paintball bazooka to the body (as long as no contact to the eye). But that does not mean that a paintball doesn't hurt. And when you play the multiplying game, like you do with a paintball bazooka, only painfulness will ensue.
